This large family bedroom, situated on ground floor level, with three steps into the room, has a double bed, two single beds and the best views across North Devon countryside towards West Buckland village.

This bedroom has and an en-suite bath, toilet and ample room to park your vehicle outside the bedroom. The beds are made up with soft fresh linen, whilst the bedroom and bathroom are equipped with fluffy white towels, a variety of toiletries, hair dyer, well stocked tea and coffee tray including Devon fudge, radio alarm clock and digital TV with DVD player. Wi-Fi doesn’t quite reach this room however you have full access to the farmhouse living room at all times, where Wi-Fi is available.

This bedroom is an ideal room for a couple with a baby in a cot (which is available at £12 a night, free if you bring your own travel cot) as it is not surrounded by any other rooms.
