Pancake Day/Shove Tuesday, the day before fasting period of Lent leading up to Easter is on the 25th February 2020. I like May pancakes with fruit and maple syrup or a sprinkling of sugar & a squeeze of honey.Will you be eating pancakes if yes how do you like yours?
